A journey through Earth’s history, accompanied by a live orchestra.

Melbourne Festival will host a special screening of Terrence Malick’s latest feature film, Voyage of Time, accompanied by more than 100 musicians from the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra and Chorus.

The Tree of Life director spent more three decades working on this project, which is narrated by Cate Blanchett and takes audiences from the beginnings of the universe to the present day.

Brad Pitt narrated a shorter version of the film, which was released in IMAX theatres last year.

Melbourne Festival runs October 4–22. [Source]
